Quantum Key Institute Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in and purchase of any courses or programs (“Programs”) offered by the Quantum Key Institute (“Institute”). By enrolling in any Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which, along with our Privacy Policy, define our relationship with you. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our services.

2. Enrolment

i. Enrolment in courses is subject to availability and may require eligibility criteria. Ensure your ability to attend and commit to the course schedules as detailed during the registration process.

ii. Registration must be completed with full payment or an approved payment plan completed before the Program starts.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are stated clearly at the time of registration. Full payment or an approved deposit amount is required to secure a place in any course. All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy below.

i. Payments can be made in full or according to a payment plan if offered. All payments are due as specified at the time of enrolment.

ii. If a payment is missed, we will attempt to recharge at our earliest convenience. If missed three times, enrolment will be cancelled, access revoked, and payments forfeited.

4. Program Content and Access

i. The Institute reserves the right to alter, update, or discontinue any Program content at its sole discretion.

ii. You agree to access Program content only for personal and non-commercial use.

5. Refund Policy

At Quantum Key Institute, we stand by the quality and delivery of our educational services. We recognize that situations can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible within reason.

i. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are generally not provided except in instances where we have failed to uphold our promised service delivery. We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of educational experience. Change of mind does not entitle a refund or credit. If special circumstances arise, please contact us to discuss potential exceptions at our discretion.

ii. Requesting a Refund: If you believe a refund is warranted, please submit your request in writing. Include a detailed explanation and any relevant documentation to support your claim. Requests should be sent directly to our administrative team for assessment or to:

iii. Timing for Requests: To consider a refund, we must receive your written request no later than three months prior to the program’s commencement or within a reasonable period after enrolment, considering the specific circumstances cited.

We are dedicated to ensuring that each participant has the opportunity to engage fully with their educational journey, free from undue stress. Our policies are designed to be transparent and fair to all members of our community.

6. Intellectual Property

i. Ownership: All Program materials are owned by the Institute and protected by copyright.

ii. All content provided during the course is our property and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Content must not be reproduced, redistributed, or used in any manner without our express written permission.

7. Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards all faculty and fellow participants. The Institute reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program for behaviour deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unethical, with no refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of earnings, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption of any type, whether in tort, contract, or otherwise. The Institute will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the participant’s failure to comply with these terms, nor will it be liable for unforeseen events beyond its control affecting the delivery of the Program.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises out of or in connection to these terms, we aim to resolve it through direct negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute internally, an independent mediator can be consulted at either party’s expense.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Consumer Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to receive services that are provided with due care and skill, are fit for any specified purpose, and are delivered within a reasonable time when there is no agreed end date.
